How much and when to take Thermadrol

The dosage is different for everybody. We are each individuals and you will react differently to Thermadrol (we recommend you take from 3 to 6 per day). The first day you should take 1 to 2 capsules. One capsule during or right after breakfast with at least 12oz of water. Take the second capsule about 2 PM. After the first day you may take 2 to 4 per day, 45 minutes before each main meal of the day or exercise. Try not to take any later than 4PM, this may give you to much energy to sleep. After the second day you may gradually increase the dosage as needed.
